CUTTERS ACADEMY TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

We are proud of our very own Cutters Academy – the heart of training and professional development with us. As a new employee at Cutters, you receive thorough onboarding in the salon you belong to, so you become 100% confident in our concept, philosophy, and way of working. The goal is for you to feel a sense of mastery from the start and be ready to create great customer experiences from day one.

Throughout your career with us, you will regularly receive professional development – both digitally and in person – through courses, gatherings, and learning videos. In addition, we have dedicated trainers in our clusters and regions who follow up and develop the teams further. This is how we make sure we keep getting even better at what we do: efficient, high-quality haircuts.
